Ceico does not operate as a retail technology provider. We offer technology sales or leasing primarily as part of enterprise IT projects. For standalone requests, we apply minimum criteria based on the type of technology: • Microsoft licensing: a minimum of 15 licenses is required. • Other technologies: there may not be a fixed minimum, but we only support enterprise scenarios—not SMB or basic deployments. • Computer hardware (sale or lease): a minimum volume of 50 units. • Accessories, peripherals, internal components, cabling, and office or home office solutions: not offered as individual purchases.

No. Items such as accessories, peripherals, or individual components are not offered on their own and are only included when required within a complete enterprise project.

No. We do not offer end-user support, basic maintenance, or repairs for personal devices or individual equipment. Our focus is on enterprise IT environments, critical infrastructure, and core business platforms.
